Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
What is RBT?
An RBT is a paraprofessional who practices under the supervision of a BCBA or BCABA. The TBT's primary responsibility is the direct implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervisor.
Have you always found behavior fascinating?
The number of children and adults needing behavioral health services is increasing despite a shortage of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide care services.
Small Steps runs RBT training for everyone, including parent, Caretakers, Learning Support Assistants, Teacher, assistants and Therapists. RBT training is essential in learning to apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to create positive behavior change.
The delegates are responsible for their own BACB registration and securing a Good Conduct certificate through Dubai Police; a requirement for certification!
